For our Facebook Ads Strategist role, we are looking for passionate, people-centric new team members who find great pride in generating success and growth for their clients via software adoption and coaching our clients on paid social media best practices. This team member will have a keen eye for detail as both a subject matter expert on PSAI and its full suite of tools as well as a digital marketing consultant educating our clients on the best strategies to continue driving their successes primarily within Facebook and other social media ad campaigns. Similarly, this new team member will have a natural talent for business development in helping us grow our client relationships and the services that we provide for them. Responsibilities
As PSAI’s Facebook Ads Strategist, you will:
- Coach our clients on executing paid social media (Facebook Ad) campaigns including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, as well as regularly meeting with clients to review results and recommend new strategies as their needs evolve
- Assist clients in architecting social media campaigns primarily with Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager to maximize client’s ROI with regard to their ad budgets
- Become a subject matter expert on our PSAI software solutions as well as help to educate our clients on how to use PSAI to achieve optimal results
- Evaluate key metrics and, in turn, implement strategies that will improve clients’ experiences with our software
- Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional team members to improve overall client performance
- Calculate and report on our customer’s return on investment and other essential KPI’s
- Work on behalf of our clients to create mutually beneficial partnerships with other online entities and businesses
- Act as the champion of the PSAI platform by retaining client accounts as well as upselling new opportunities and programs within Spectrum/ PSAI to our existing clients.

- Leader. You will be responsible for leading your clients and their continued success through the tools we provide. Similarly, you will help to guide your colleagues down a similar path to success as well.
- Analytical. In order to solve problems and build innovative new solutions for our clients, it is essential that you know how to take an idea and analyze it from all of its angles.
Required Skills and Experience
We’re looking for a Facebook Ads Strategist who has:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional Paid Social Media experience (Facebook Ads preferred)
- Prior experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager
- Knowledge and firsthand experience with the search marketing industry
- Experience writing and testing paid social ad campaigns
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in dealing directly with clients, ideally B2C clients
- Familiarity and prior experience with Content Management Systems. Prior work with WordPress a big plus.
- Prior project management experience preferred
- A fundamental understanding of HTML and CSS a plus
