PredictiveSales AI, LLC (“PSAI”) guarantees that Project2Profits will generate at least ten (10) Qualifying Leads during an eligible Customer's first ninety (90) days following Launch, subject to the requirements below.
If Customer satisfies every requirement and Project2Profits generates fewer than ten (10) Qualifying Leads during the Guarantee Period, Customer may cancel Project2Profits and receive a refund of the Project2Profits subscription fees paid for that Guarantee Period.
The guarantee is not an unconditional money-back guarantee. It is conditioned upon Customer's complete participation in Project2Profits and the Ambassador Referral Program™.
The guarantee is available to eligible new Project2Profits subscribers.
The guarantee:
The Guarantee Period consists of ninety (90) consecutive calendar days beginning on Customer's qualifying Launch Date.
Customer must Launch within thirty (30) days after the effective date of its applicable Order Agreement.
Failure to Launch within 30 days makes Customer ineligible for the guarantee.
All 10 requirements must be completed to qualify for the Project2Profits 90-Day Lead Guarantee.
Launch within 30 days with at least:
Your applicable website, Google Business Profile and social accounts must also be connected.
Eligible homeowners associated with your Featured Projects must receive an Ambassador invitation and their unique referral link.
Designate one person within your company to own the program.
That person must complete required PSAI training and manage the program throughout the Guarantee Period.
The applicable Ambassador Program must be presented with every eligible retail proposal during the Guarantee Period using the program and offer configured for your company.
Publish at least 10 new Featured Projects during each 30-day period.
Each must include:
• Before-and-after photos;
• A project description; and
• An Ambassador invitation and referral link sent to the eligible homeowner.
Each Featured Project must be promoted through all applicable Project2Profits channels, including:
• Connected Google Business Profile;
• Connected social channels;
• Applicable Neighborhood Campaign; and
• Yard signage where permitted and approved by the homeowner.
When homeowner approval is required, Customer must make and document the request. A documented homeowner refusal will not by itself cause Customer to lose eligibility.
Each Featured Project must be published through the Project2Profits connector, Site2Profits, or Customer's branded Project2Profits Showcase.
Customer's:
must remain properly configured, meaningful and active throughout the entire Guarantee Period.
Customer must maintain and fund its required Appointment and Project Rewards.
Earned rewards must be delivered within seven (7) days of the applicable qualifying event unless otherwise provided in Customer's approved program terms.
Every Qualifying Lead must be worked.
Customer must make the required contact attempts by phone, text and email within one (1) business day and maintain the required lead status and outcome information in Project2Profits.
Appointment outcomes or material changes in lead status must be recorded within forty-eight (48) hours.
A “Qualifying Lead” is a unique homeowner inquiry or qualifying homeowner action generated, attributable to, and recorded through Project2Profits during the Guarantee Period.
Duplicates within 30 days relating to substantially the same homeowner/project, spam, bots, fraudulent submissions, test leads, employment inquiries, vendor solicitations and other non-genuine prospective customer inquiries do not count.
Project2Profits records applicable program activity, including projects, publications, Ambassador invitations, campaigns, offers, referrals, leads, appointments and recorded outcomes.
Guarantee eligibility and the Qualifying Lead count are determined based on activity recorded within Project2Profits and applicable PSAI platform records.
Customer is responsible for ensuring that required activities under Customer's control are properly completed and recorded.
The Project2Profits 90-Day Lead Guarantee is available only when Customer completes all applicable requirements for the entire Guarantee Period.
Failure to satisfy any required:
• Launch requirement;
• Project minimum;
• Featured Project requirement;
• Ambassador activity;
• Program presentation requirement;
• Promotional activity;
• Offer requirement;
• Reward obligation;
• Lead follow-up requirement; or
• Reporting requirement
makes Customer ineligible for the guarantee.
Partial participation does not qualify for a partial or prorated refund.
The guarantee is designed to measure the performance of the complete Project2Profits program—not individual components used separately.
If fewer than ten (10) Qualifying Leads are recorded during the Guarantee Period, Customer must submit a written guarantee claim to PSAI within fifteen (15) calendar days after the Guarantee Period ends.
PSAI will ordinarily complete its review within ten (10) business days.
If the claim is approved, Customer may cancel Project2Profits and PSAI will refund the Project2Profits subscription fees actually paid for the applicable 90-Day Guarantee Period.
Approved refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days following approval.
The refund is Customer's sole monetary remedy under the 90-Day Lead Guarantee.
PSAI does not guarantee a specific number of appointments, appointment attendance, closing rate, signed projects, revenue, profit, return on advertising spend, or other business outcome.
Customer remains responsible for its sales process, estimating, pricing, appointment handling, follow-up, customer service and closing activities.
Rewards, offers and referral promotions apply only to eligible projects under applicable program requirements.
Customer must use the referral, reward, consent, eligibility and disclosure language required by PSAI and may not modify required disclosures without PSAI's written approval.
Additional restrictions may apply to insurance-funded projects and other projects where referral payments, rewards or promotional incentives are restricted by applicable law or program requirements.
