Job Overview:

At Predictive Sales AI, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to play a dual role in ensuring both the quality of our software products and the efficient execution of our internal projects. In this hybrid position, you will be responsible for managing software testing processes while also coordinating project timelines, resources, and communications across departments.

You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer-focused software solutions on time and within scope. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, quality, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Execute Test Plans: Create and manage comprehensive test strategies for both manual and automated testing.
  • Identify and Track Defects: Detect, log, and follow up on software issues using tools like Jira. Work with developers to ensure timely fixes.
  • Ensure Quality Standards: Align testing processes with business requirements, industry best practices, and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Test Documentation: Maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and issue logs for auditability and knowledge sharing.
  • Customer Feedback Integration: Monitor user feedback and post-release behavior to detect and prevent quality issues in future versions.
  • Project Planning: Assist in planning project timelines, setting milestones, and identifying dependencies across departments.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between QA, development, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Task and Timeline Tracking: Monitor task completion, follow up on blockers, and maintain project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Trello).
  • Status Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear project updates, QA metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement changes to improve workflow efficiency across QA and project management areas.
