As PSAI’s Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Become a subject matter expert on our PSAI software as well as help to educate our clients on how to use PSAI to achieve optimal results
  • Coach our clients on executing paid media campaigns (primarily with Facebook) including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, as well as regularly meeting with clients to review results and recommend new strategies as their needs evolve
  • Evaluate key metrics and, in turn, implement strategies that will improve clients’ experiences with our software
  • Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional team members to improve overall client performance
  • Calculate and report on our customer’s return on investment and other essential KPI’s
  • Work on behalf of our clients to create mutually beneficial partnerships with other online entities and businesses
  • Act as the champion of the PSAI platform by retaining client accounts as well as upselling new opportunities and programs within Spectrum/ PSAI to our existing clients.

As a Customer Success Manager at PSAI, you will wear many different hats in order to properly manage our clients’ needs and grow their businesses. Here are just a few different things that will define you:

  • Organized. You will be in charge of multiple different accounts and multiple different projects within those accounts. In order to yield the best results for your clients, you need to keep those projects organized and manage your time effectively.
  • People person. You live to make your clients smile and understand how to handle them properly when you don’t.

We want you to treat this position like a consultative process, one in which our customers have a problem and we have their answer. That means you must be able to sit back and listen to the issues our clients are having in order to truly understand the products and services that will solve them.
  • Self-Starter. Taking initiative and finding new solutions to complex problems is the name of the game here at PSAI. Utilizing your self-starter/ strategic mindset will help you and your clients go far.
  • Leader. You will be responsible for leading your clients and their continued success through the tools we provide. Similarly, you will help to guide your colleagues down a similar path to success as well.
  • Analytical. In order to solve problems and build innovative new solutions for our clients, it is essential that you know how to take an idea and analyze it from all of its angles.

Required Skills and Experience

We’re looking for Customer Success Managers who have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Knowledge and firsthand experience with the search marketing industry
  • At least 2 years of professional Paid Social experience (Facebook preferred)
  • Experience writing and testing paid ad campaigns
  • Experience with Facebook Ad Manager and Facebook Business Manager
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in dealing directly with clients, ideally B2C clients
  • Familiarity and prior experience with Content Management Systems. Prior work with Wordpress a big plus.
  • Prior project management experience preferred
  • A fundamental understanding of HTML and CSS a plus
