Straight out of the box, anyone on your staff can start using the Text to Review tool. All anyone would need to do is go to your website and add /review-text-request/ to the end of the url.
Example: www.yourwebsite.com/review-text-request/
Once there simply fill out the following details and press the Send Review Request button.
Cell Phone: The number you want to send the request to.
Customer Name: The name of the person you are sending the request to.
Choose Review Market: The location you want the review attached to.
Choose Review Platform: The review platform (your website, Google, Bing, etc.) you want the review to appear on.
Text Message: The message you want to send with the review request.
Once sent, the homeowner will receive a review request directly to their phone.
