For nearly a decade, Legacy Remodeling has relied on Predictive Sales AI to help turn an evolving digital landscape into consistent, measurable growth.
Legacy Remodeling is a family-owned home improvement company serving the Pittsburgh market. Founded in 1987, the company has evolved through changing products, changing consumer behavior and dramatic changes in the way homeowners find and evaluate contractors.
Through much of that evolution, Predictive Sales AI has been there alongside them.
We recently sat down with Jeff Moeslein, President of Legacy Remodeling, to talk about the partnership, the results Legacy has seen and how PSAI's combination of marketing expertise and software has become an important part of the company's growth strategy.
Before partnering with Predictive Sales AI, Legacy Remodeling had worked with a number of internet marketing companies.
According to Jeff, the pattern was frustratingly familiar: try a provider, see limited results and eventually move on to the next one.
That changed after Legacy was referred to PSAI by another company in the home improvement industry.
The relationship began around 2016 and has continued ever since.
Legacy Remodeling is a numbers-driven business.
That means marketing isn't judged by clicks, impressions or activity alone. It has to produce business at a cost that makes sense.
When Leo asked Jeff what had stood out most about PSAI's performance over the years, he came back to one thing: return on investment.
Jeff explained that PSAI and Legacy establish a plan around what the company is spending and what the expected return should be. Performance is then reviewed regularly, with adjustments made as results come in.
That approach has helped Legacy maintain especially strong performance from organic search.
Just as important is knowing when not to spend more.
Jeff described PSAI's team as willing to recommend additional investment when there is a real opportunity—but equally willing to say when more budget is unlikely to produce a meaningful return.
There are plenty of companies that understand digital marketing.
For Legacy, the bigger question has always been whether a marketing partner also understands home improvement.
Jeff's original introduction to PSAI came through another window and door company, which immediately gave him confidence that the team understood the market Legacy operated in.
Over time, that industry knowledge has influenced everything from Legacy's website design to its SEO strategy, marketing recommendations and technology decisions.
Jeff also noted that he has encountered major manufacturers in the home improvement industry using Predictive Sales AI as well.
One area where PSAI's software has become deeply integrated into Legacy's process is reputation management.
Legacy uses the Predictive Sales AI Reviews Engine to survey customers after their installation is complete.
The workflow gives Legacy an opportunity to identify problems privately, respond to unhappy customers and learn from feedback before deciding how to follow up.
When customers have a great experience, the process helps Legacy encourage those customers to share that experience publicly.
Every installed customer receives a follow-up message asking them to complete the survey.
That gives Legacy a consistent system for both improving customer experience and growing its online reputation.
Legacy also uses Project Showcase to turn completed projects into ongoing marketing and sales assets.
The company is deliberate about collecting strong photos from completed jobs. Those photos are uploaded into PSAI's Project Showcase, where they can be organized with information about the project, service and location.
That creates a growing visual library of Legacy's real work.
But what stood out in Jeff's interview was that Project Showcase isn't only being used by the marketing team.
The sales team is using it in the home.
Instead of telling a homeowner to drive by another completed project, a salesperson can immediately pull up examples of similar work while sitting at the kitchen table.
As Jeff explained, showing a homeowner that Legacy has already completed work just like theirs can create a much higher level of confidence in the company.
Legacy runs regular promotions across multiple marketing channels.
Those offers may appear on billboards, event materials, retail marketing and digital campaigns—but PSAI's Offers Engine helps make the website the central destination where that messaging comes together.
Legacy's PSAI account team works with Jeff to keep those promotions updated as offers change from month to month.
The same promotions shown online can then carry through into Legacy's sales process, helping create consistency from the first marketing touch to the conversation in the home.
When Leo asked Jeff about the value of consolidating more of Legacy's technology into a single platform, Jeff made an important distinction:
PSAI isn't just a website.
For Legacy, that system helps connect multiple parts of the customer acquisition process.
Jeff described PSAI as fitting naturally into Legacy's broader technology stack while covering multiple marketing needs through one relationship.
Legacy tracks every lead closely.
The team wants to know where each opportunity originated, what happened after the lead came in and ultimately whether the marketing investment produced revenue.
That makes PSAI's own focus on performance particularly important.
Jeff and his PSAI account representative review performance together regularly.
Because both sides arrive with a clear understanding of the numbers, the conversation can move beyond reporting what happened and focus on what comes next.
Legacy has already seen several major shifts in marketing over its nearly four decades in business.
Today, another major shift is underway as AI changes the way homeowners search for information and evaluate businesses.
Jeff said one of the biggest benefits of having PSAI as a long-term partner is not needing to personally identify, learn and implement every new technology himself.
Legacy is currently working with PSAI as its website continues to evolve, including thinking about how AI systems interpret website content and how the company can remain visible as search behavior changes.
The company is also evaluating additional PSAI technology that can help streamline lead capture from events and other offline sources.
At the end of the interview, Jeff offered one final thought that perhaps says more about the partnership than any performance metric could.
Predictive Sales AI combines home-services marketing expertise with a connected software platform designed to help contractors strengthen their website, organic visibility, reputation, project marketing, lead generation and customer acquisition strategy—all through one partnership.
